These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you (for domestic consumers only), whether goods or services. If you are a trade customer, separate commercial terms may apply and are available on request.

3. Our Contract With You
3.1 How we accept your order
Our acceptance of your order takes place when we confirm it in writing. At that point, a contract is formed. Orders remain subject to availability and price verification.
3.2 If we cannot accept your order
If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you and will not charge you.
3.3 UK sales only
Our products are supplied within mainland UK. Please contact us to discuss delivery outside this area.
4. Our Products
4.1 Product descriptions
Products are described on our website, quotations, or in-store. Specifications may change without notice.
4.2 Variations
Products may vary slightly from images due to manufacturing processes or materials. Fire doors must be installed and maintained in accordance with regulations and our guidance.
4.3 Compliance
All fire doors must be installed in line with current UK fire safety regulations. Failure to comply may invalidate warranties.
4.4 Storage and handling
Products must be stored flat, dry, and in appropriate conditions prior to installation. Incorrect storage or handling may invalidate any warranty.
4.5 Warranty
We provide a 12-month manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, subject to correct storage, installation, and use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
5. Your Rights to Make Changes
If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will advise if the change is possible and any impact on price or delivery.
6. Our Rights to Make Changes
6.1 Minor changes
We may make minor changes to comply with legal or safety requirements or improve products.
6.2 Significant changes
If significant changes are required, we will notify you, and you may cancel the order before the changes take effect.
7. Providing the Products
7.1 Delivery costs
Delivery charges will be confirmed at the time of order.
7.2 Delivery times
We aim to deliver within agreed timescales, but all dates are estimates.
7.3 Delays outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, but we will notify you where possible.
7.4 Delivery conditions
Delivery is typically kerbside. You are responsible for the access and safe receipt of goods.
7.5 Risk and ownership
Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment is received.
8. Your Rights to End the Contract
8.1 Your rights
You may end the contract:
- If products are faulty or misdescribed
- Due to delays or agreed changes
- Under your legal rights
8.2 Cooling-off period
For online purchases, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery (excluding bespoke or made-to-measure items).
8.3 Exclusions
You cannot cancel:
- Bespoke or custom products
- Services already completed
- Installed or altered goods
9. Returns and Refunds
9.1 Returns process

9.2 Return costs
- We cover return costs for faulty goods
- Otherwise, return costs are your responsibility
9.3 Refunds
Refunds are processed after inspection and within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
9.4 Deductions
We may deduct for:
- Damage or handling beyond normal inspection
- Missing packaging
10. Our Rights to End the Contract
We may cancel your order if:
- Payment is not made
- Required information is not provided
- Delivery cannot be completed
We may deduct reasonable costs incurred.
11. Problems With Products
11.1 Reporting issues
Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
11.2 Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
12. Price and Payment
12.1 Pricing
Prices are confirmed at the time of order.
12.2 Pricing errors
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and notify you before proceeding.
12.3 Payment terms
Full payment is required prior to dispatch unless agreed otherwise.
12.4 Late payments
We may charge interest on overdue payments at 5% above the Bank of England base rate.
